The CPD Certificate in Educational Administration is a professional development Programme designed to equip educators, school leaders, and administrative professionals with the managerial knowledge, leadership strategies, and practical tools required for effective school governance and institutional management. The course is open to learners aged 18 years and above who have an interest in educational leadership, school management, or administration. No prior academic qualifications are required; however, professional experience in public or non-profit organizations is advantageous. Learners will explore organisational behaviour, policy development and implementation, administrative strategy, resource management, strategic planning, and performance evaluation in the context of education. By the end of the course, participants will be able to apply theoretical frameworks to real-world challenges in educational administration and demonstrate leadership competencies that promote accountability, inclusivity, and institutional effectiveness.
All learning resources have been reviewed for clarity, grammar, and consistency. The learning journey is logically structured, beginning with organisational behaviour and leadership in Week 1, progressing to policy development and stakeholder engagement in Week 2, administrative strategy and resource management in Week 3, and culminating with strategic planning, evaluation, and work-based application in Week 4. This sequential arrangement ensures a coherent and academically rigorous progression of knowledge, skills, and applied practice.
